It is focused on NCP staff and services.

WP3 – DISSEMINATION, EXPLOITATION AND COMMUNICATION

It is focused on all groups of project audience with central focus on research community.

WP4 – Project Management

It is addressed to the efficient project management and administration.

The formula of the UAinEuratom21 project, aimed at improving the integration of the Ukrainian scientific community into European research activities and Euratom Program initiatives, consists of the following elements:

Access – access to communication (preferably in-person) between UA – EU researchers in the area of Euratom funded research and initiatives.

The scope of this element of project is devoted to networking activities of research entities (researchers) with EU similar organization (researchers) at the relevant to Euratom events. The project outcomes of this block are:

  • increasing of communication between UA research entities and EU similar organizations,
  • new research contacts and integrations of UA researchers to the pan-European initiatives and research relevant to all research areas covered by the Euratom Research and Training Programme 2021-2025.

Skills – improvement UA stakeholders’ skills and experience in the issues of framework programme (Euratom / H2020, Euratom / Horizon Europe). The project outcomes of this element are:

  • Improved skills of UA researcher concerning participation in Euratom (H2020, Horizon Europe) projects and initiatives.

Information – improvement of UA Euratom NCP’s DEC activity and tools regarding communications, dissemination of information and operation of information tools.

The scope of this element of UAinEuratom21 project is devoted to outreach activities enabling UA research entities to become more closely involved and integrated in pan-European initiatives relevant to all research areas covered by the Euratom Research and Training Programme 2021-2025.

The project outcomes of this element are:

  • Upgraded UA NCP informational channels of Euratom programme news and results;
  • Increasing of access to Euratom news and results among UA stakeholders;
  • Increasing of access to the data about UA entities relevant to Euratom;
  • UA Euratom NCP get a wider opportunity to organize a mixed (on-line + in-person) events for dissemination and communication activities;
  • Improved visibility of UA Euratom NCP for Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, National Academy of Science of Ukraine, UA members of the Euratom Programme Committee;
  • Improved visibility of UA Euratom NCP for EU Euratom NCPs network and EU Euratom research entities;
  • Increasing of Euratom programme projects and results visibility to the general public in Ukraine.

Support – support and consulting services of NCP Evratom in Ukraine based on qualified and experienced personnel regarding activities under the Evratom Research and Training Program, the Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Program.

The project outcomes of this block are:

  • Strengthened links between UA Euratom NCP and EU Euratom NCPs;
  • Good skills of UA Euratom NCP staff in the area of Euratom (H2020, Horizon Europe) issues;
  • Improved NCP services.
