The laboratory’s research directions are:
- Physical and functional properties of oxide materials as well as their behaviour under ionizing radiation
- Application of oxide materials as optical windows, scintillator detectors, dosimeters, etc.
Lab’s key expertise includes:
- Passive luminescence dosimetry of external irradiation
- Development of dosimetric materials, hardware and techniques for Optically-Stimulated Luminescence (OSL) dosimetry
- Radiation-induced processes in optical materials
