From 13 to 15 October 2026, the international FuseNet PhD Event 2026 will take place at the University of Tuscia in Viterbo, Italy. The event is organized with the support of FuseNet.
FuseNet PhD Event is an annual international event dedicated to PhD students working in the field of fusion science and engineering. The event provides young researchers with an opportunity to present the results of their research, discuss their work with peers and leading scientists from the international fusion community, and establish professional contacts that will support their future scientific careers.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
- present the results of their research in the field of fusion science and engineering;
- receive feedback from international experts;
- take part in scientific discussions and thematic sessions;
- expand professional networks and integrate into the international scientific community.

- Abstract submission opens: 1 April 2026

- Notification of acceptance: within 2 weeks after registration and abstract submission
