On 15 October 2026 at 12:00 (Kyiv time), Europa Media Trainings will host a free online webinar “Reporting on Impact – The most challenging part of reporting or a chance to impress the reviewers?”

Reporting on project results and impact is an important part of project implementation under Horizon Europe. Preparing periodic and final reports often requires partners to bring together a significant amount of information and present the project’s achievements and impact in a clear and coherent way.

The webinar will focus specifically on impact reporting, which plays an increasingly important role in Horizon Europe. Participants will learn how impact-related information is presented on the Horizon Europe platform and in the technical report, as well as how to effectively communicate project achievements and their significance.

The webinar will cover the following topics:

  • how impact reporting is presented on the Horizon Europe platform and in Part B of the technical report;
  • what aspects should be considered when describing project impact and which achievements should be highlighted;
  • the links between project results, dissemination, exploitation and impact;
  • how the approach to impact reporting can also be useful when preparing a project proposal.

The webinar will be particularly useful for Horizon Europe project coordinators and beneficiaries preparing project reports or looking to improve the quality of their future reporting. It may also be of interest to potential applicants, as understanding impact reporting requirements can help them better formulate the expected impact of a project already at the proposal stage.

The webinar will be delivered by Jelena Kajganovic, Head of Projects and Senior Trainer at Europa Media Trainings.

The event will be held online and free of charge. According to the organisers, neither the presentation nor the recording will be made available after the webinar, so participants are encouraged to attend the live session.
