On December 3, 2024, the 2nd NURECAB Workshop “Nuclear research and innovation: UA integration into European nuclear research area” was held in Kyiv, which was organized by representatives of the Euratom NCP in Ukraine (fission and fusion) together with the European Nuclear Education Network within the framework of the planned activities of the NURECAB (Euratom) project. The event was dedicated to strengthening the integration of stakeholders in the field of nuclear research, education and industry of Ukraine into the European Nuclear Research Area and the Euratom Research and Training Program.
The event was attended by 68 specialists from the nuclear industry in Ukraine and Europe.
The main idea of the event was to exchange experience between Ukrainian and European participants on the development of international research and ways of integration into the Euratom Research and Training Program.
