The 53rd EPS Conference on Plasma Physics, organized by the European Physical Society (EPS), will take place in Lausanne, Switzerland, from 5 to 9 July 2027. The conference is the largest annual European event dedicated to plasma physics.
The conference serves as a leading international forum for presenting the latest scientific achievements, discussing current challenges, and fostering collaboration among plasma physicists from around the world. Each year, it brings together hundreds of researchers working in the fields of plasma physics and controlled nuclear fusion.

- 15 March 2027 – Notification of abstract acceptance;
- 15 March 2027 – Registration opens;
- 19 April 2027 – Opening of late abstract submission;
- 30 April 2027 – Late abstract submission deadline;
- 18 June 2027 – Registration deadline;
- 4 July 2027 – Deadline for submission of accepted four-page papers.
Researchers, PhD students, and early-career scientists working in plasma physics and controlled nuclear fusion are encouraged to participate in the conference and present their research to the international scientific community.
